We have purchased a movie (rental) from OnDemand and whilst we can hear the background audio the actual dialogue / voices are mute. Does anybody know if there is a dedicated team for discussing issues related to rentals and how we can contact them? We have tried to find one but have drawn a blank
The contact for all TV Faults is 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454111 from any other phone. If you're buying from the Virgin Media Store, then contact us suggests 0800 0270801 as a contact number.
