On demand

Why does On Demand keep cutting out? There are apparently no TV or broadband issues in my area

Re: On demand

OnDemand uses the internet, and the older TiVo boxes have an in-built connection that's separate from your home broadband. Do you get any error codes/messages when OnDemand fails? You should do, and that'll give a good clue as to the reason for your problems.

Also, on the front-left of your TiVo are a series of green lights. Does the heartbeat light (look for the painted symbols on the box) flash when you have VoD problems? That will mean the inbuilt connection is failing, and if so - will explain VoD not working.

Re: On demand

Hi Danielr,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with the On Demand content.

Taking a look at our systems, I can see the input levels on the tuners are too low. We won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.

I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks,
