On demand

Everything works on recently installed Samsung smart TV except any On Demand devices. I can choose a film, box set etc and then input my Pin.  The Virgin circle revolves for a couple of seconds then the screen just goes black. No sound. Just nothingness.

Is your Samsung TV a 4K UHD one by any chance?

If you are watching through your V6 box, please disregard the lack of an error code and try following the advice in https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/603 as a starter for six.

If you're trying to use an app on your TV directly, then apart from Virgin providing your broadband that your TV connects to, that's an issue with Samsung and not Virgin Media.
