On demand

Am I the only person who experiencing constant buffering when watching anything on demand.

 Am I the only person who’s WiFi is a joke.  

When TV and WiFi is essential in these difficult times to keep in contact with family and having to work from home, it’s near impossible and an embarrassment seeing that my bill was £137 this month as I needed to use my landline due to my poor WiFi.   Then to not be able to use on demand I wonder why I’ve been with virgin/Telewest for more than 25years I must be mad.  Sky/Now TV looks more appealing every day.  

I have just completed Virgins Speed Test and the result is ....... your connection is not suitable for TV services .... what!!!!!!! I have not changed my tv etc ... why all of sudden, there is a problem

please help!!!!
