Everytime I try to watch something on demand or through Netflix the show plays for a little while and then buffers before kicking me out saying the network is unavailable. This happens every single time. Any ideas on how to resolve this please?
This has been happening for months now so I've rebooted the box several times. It's says 'the show is temporarily unavailable' with error 602? The internet light on the front of the box flashes for a while before reconnecting. And then the menus says 'network availability (c130)'. Eventually the network reconnects and it goes back to normal but this happens every time I try to watch on demand or netflix on both TiVo boxes I have.
Unfortunately the TiVo doesn't have a WiFi receiver in them so if they're not connected to your hub through an ethernet connection they would be getting their network connection through the same coaxial cable that they use for their general TV connection.
