On demand service not working ES702 error code

ES072 error. On demand service not working. My library won’t work and show above error code. Sky cinema etc plays the advert at the Beginning then freezes. Any help would be great it has be like this for 2 weeks now.

Firstly, do you have a TiVo or a V6 box? If you're not sure, you can check here - I have a suspicion you have a V6 box, but won't assume.

Second, is your error mesage ES702 (as per subject line) or ES072 (as per your message)?

Third, are you using a 4K UHD TV by any chance? If you are, what's the exact make & model?

The fact that it freezes after the adverts is a very big clue - it is the HDCP compatibility issue.   The error code will be ES072, but following the instructions for error 604 will resolve it.  The error code just varies depending on how you access On Demand.
