Hi, I’ve had no access to on demand all week. I try to start a movie or program and it says not available and gives an error code of v202. Status is good, all WiFi is working and I’ve reset the box several times. Tried on other V6 and have same issue. Thanks
Thanks Japitts but it’s all connected fine (both boxes) and local area issues are none. I sent Virgin a message yesterday, still waiting for a reply, will try to call them today if I have time to sit in the queue.
