On demand not working on upstairs tivo box. Error msg ‘ o connection’

AUpstairs tivo suddenly not connecting so can’t get on demand. Have checked all cables. manual network connect, reset tivo, witching off and on. Downstairs ok. Other devices work on wifi upstairs. Yet a other problem driving me nuts.

Can a anyone suggest anything else as i don’t really want to take time off work for a engineer

Have we reported anything on our service page: virg.in/service? Is the other box in the property a TiVo® or a V6 box? Are you able to access the catch up service?
