getting really annoyed as my on demand keeps cutting off! I'm paying for a service! Tried the trouble shooting with no luck and it says I need to chat to someone but then cuts off as offices closed due to covid! How can I sort this ??
When you say "cutting off", can you explain what you mean? The more info you can give, the better advice we may be able to offer?
