In that case, your TiVo has a fault.

2 options from here...

1: Ordinarily, I'd suggest calling into faults to report your box faulty, I'd strongly recommend you use the line "my online light is flashing" - this leaves less room for the agent to "wriggle" and is a clear fault all day long.

2: Wait on here for the staff team to pick up the post. Should probably be by tomorrow on current form.
