On demand continually freezing

I have a V6 box on main telly & TiVo on 2nd telly, I cannot watch Netflix, on demand! Recorded shows on the telly where TiVo is, it starts off fine then after around 10mins freezes, I reboot & the same happens again, then I get error code N27 & WO2 , all other TVs are fine just the one powered through TiVo, I have rebooted it loads of time & again in work for 5/10mins then goes blank, this is annoying now been going on for months & months, think it’s time to get shot & switch to sky:(

Thanks for letting us know about the error codes and issues with your service 

It's not great by any means, and I am sorry this is happening 

Can you please first follow the advice given here  and see if that fixes things 

If not then we may be best looking at getting an engineer out

Tried everything, I rang last week got through after 20mins, a guy called “Matthew” answered, kept asking me the same questions over & over, then put me on hold & 3mins later he came bk on the line then it went dead, have tried twice now & same thing happened, this is obviously an ongoing error

I have had a look at a few things form here and think its best that we get an engineer out 

I have booked the first available appointment 

You can check this by your online account and reschedule if needed
