a week ago
Every week for the last month or so I cannot access on demand for tv and sky movies. I reset my virgin box and it immediately works ok. Tried replugging cables etc but still happening. Getting really annoying now...any ideas?
I can see you posted about this back in December, but never responded to some questions that were asked.
Which box do you have? Check here if you're not sure.
What happens when you try to use OnDemand? Do you get any error codes, for example?
