All my on demand and sky movies box office will not connect on main TiVo box but do on second room box. Tried resetting, unplugging, checked connections.....any other ideas? Can’t find help chat anywhere on virgin media app.
Assuming this is a TiVo and not a V6... is the box's internet connection working?
2 ways to check... firstly, follow (on your box's menu) Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and check in the top-right. Alternatively... on the front-left of the box, do you have any flashing green-lights?
Assuming the internet connection is proven ok, what do you mean by "will not connect"?
