I have had to change the name on our Virgin Media Account. I cannot now access Catchup or On Demand. The error code says these services are unavailable and quote V273 in brackets. I have called the Virgin Call Centre and they can't do anything online, despite trying hard. They are sending an Engineer on Wednesday 6 May. Is there anything that I can meanwhile do - for example make any changes in Settings. I have a TIVo Box.
