On Demand V202

I have not been able to get any on demand services on either of my tivo boxes for the last few days. Netflix will work so internet connection does not appear to be the issue. Service status lists no issues and the website help service is useless. You select that there is a V202 error and it just puts you into a loop of logging in and going back through the service status tests and selecting the v202 error over and over. Are others having this issue?

Do you have a TiVo or a V6? Only asking because the boxes connect to the internet differently.

Otherwise it sounds like you'll need to call TV faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111) and get them to check your box remotely.
