Have older TiVo boy and Keep getting Not available messages and error code C130 when using Catch up or On Demand. Programmes start OK but freeze or go blank after 10 to 15 mins. Have rebooted and reconnected through Help section to Network and loaded up Information fully yet problem persists. Tried telephoning for assistance (150) earlier today but gave up as was on hold for ages. This is hopeless and I am seriously considering moving to another provider. The V6 in another room is entirely problem free.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. Got through on 150 this morning and after various remote checks the decision is to send out a V6 box to me as a replacement for the TiVo 500. Very pleased with this response.
