we have an old Virgin box that wont let us use Prime Video as it's an outdated box. How can I order an updated current model??
Phone 150 from your Virgin landline or mobile (0345 454 1111 from other providers) & use the option for “thinking of leaving”. This will put you through to retentions who can offer the best deals.
Two other things. Amazon Prime requires a V6 box, which will only work on Virgin Broadband. If you don’t have Virgin Broadband you can’t use one.
Any legacy packs you are using (eg. Full HouseTV) will automatically upgrade to the latest equivalent pack.
