Does Virgin now collect their old equipment? I have been with Virgin for over 20yrs and they have never asked for their old equipment to be collected. I have send them a number of request to confirm or deny but still not got a response.

That depends what "old kit" you're asking about... by posting in the TiVo forum I'd assume it's a TiVo box.

If you've been told anything specific that contradicts that page, then go with your specific advice. Otherwise, responsible recycling is the way to go.
