ON DEMAND

Our On demand and Netflix keeps stopping after 10 minutes and says 'it is temporarily unavailable' with a code in the box 602 is this a Tivo problem or broadband connection

What box is it you have ?

 

As it has been a few days since your last post are you still seeing the error code or has this now been resolved, I have been unable to locate your account with the details we have for you so haven't been able to look at things our end.
