Not getting virgin channels

I signed up for 3 tivo boxes earlier this year, one tv wasn’t suitable so wasn’t connected. Now have suitable tv but connected and not getting any virgin channels, have reported this but no help from virgin.

As the box hasn’t been connected for some time, it gets de-activated and shows a 7400 error.

You must call to get it activated. 0800 953 9500.
