Not Authorised

Hi team. Just turned my virgin tv on for the first time in 90 days and coming all “This channel is not authorised.” for all channels. Any idea on a solution? Thanks

Was there any error code as I think your box has been deactivated as you haven't  used it for three months? 

Your best bet is to phone in to get it reactivated you will need your box Serial No. details to do this or you can wait a few days for a Moderator to deal with your query.
