Anyone else has problems with no volume when watching Channel 4? I get the volume if I watch on the one hour earlier channel, but not when watching live

Are you watching the SD channel or HD?
Have you tried restarting your box?
I don't have any sound issues with C4-HD.

I'm very sorry for the issues you're having with Channel 4.
We are aware of an issue with Channel 4 and are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response and for assuring me that I was not the only one not receiving sound on Channel 4.
A month later I have now got the sound back.
