No tv schedules and error code N11

We also have missing tv schedules on our TiVo box and get error code N11 (connection interrupted) when trying to update them using the connection to virgin media service option via Help and settings on the tivo menu. Switched it on and off a few times too.

good morning

could you try the following as this resolve the issue for many

Select help and settings

select clear or reset TiVo box

select clear programme info & planned recordings ( no recordings will be lost or planned recordings )

Following on screen instructions, when finished select connect to network.

It takes up to an hour, but it works.
