Tv and broadband went off this morning. Have rebooted tv several times and message appears Starting up but nothing else happens. London SE2 area.
same issue across Chiswick. Internet is out and its not the first time. the most expensive service. and worse than talk talk. their website is malfunctioning too. what's the process for compensation.
