No tv info

Since installing hub 4 I can not get any programme info on my virgin tv. I reset and reinstalled, checked all cables but no joy. 

 

Any hints much appreciated

Which TV box? How is it connected to the router? If by WiFi, have you changed the settings to point at the new WiFi SSID of the Hub4?

I'm gonna guess that you don't have a TiVo but actually a V6 (check here if you're not sure). The V6 gets its internet connection from your homehub, and by changing that it's not had a 'net connection. That will have broken OnDemand, and the box's ability to update the TV guide. Resulting in no EPG info.

Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, follow the prompts.

Changed the settings as advised by other contributors.  

Had to re connect to WiFi
