No tv guide

My tv guide is not showing so nothing is recording and the last connection to the virgin network was on 30.3.20

I rang yesterday and was told my query would be upscaled and I would get a call back. Heard nothing. Am i going to get this sorted and a refund for virgin being unable to provide the service they are being paid for?
