What are the symptoms of your lack of TV - is this affecting live broadcast channels? Or OnDemand/streaming? Do you have any error codes onscreen when you select live channels?

What steps & instructions have you followed? Can you be more specific.

Presumably if you've had this problem for months, have you reported it to VM at some point - or is this your first time seeking help?

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your broadband and TV services recently. I've checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any faults currently that would explain this. How are things for you today? Any better?
