I am hard of hearing and use subtitles on all programmes where possible.
Netflix recently has stopped showing their subtitles even though they are selected. If I view Netflix via my phone or laptop the programmes have subtitles. It just seems to be via virgin 204 I cant access them.

Could we please confirm if you've already ran a reset of the Tivo box and your Hub? As Netflix uses broadband connection to stream the services.
Is the Tivo Netflix the same sign in as the one you're viewing on your phone and laptop? As the specific setting is applied in the Netflix app then put onto the account itself no matter what device it's streamed on.
You can also run through the below steps to refresh all the Tivo services including the Netflix application.
Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
Please also attempt to log into the Tivo Netflix application again if you still experience this issue following the above.
