I have lost the signal/picture to my tv from my tivo box. I have checked the connections, tried a different hdmi connecter, reset the tivo box but to no avail. The green lights are on at the front. I can't get through to any one at a call centre and the online test is not working at the moment either. Think the box may have had it. Anyone from virgin able to help?
Hi, yes the lights are the same as usual. The tv has been turned off numerous times as has the box. I have a blu-ray player connected to my tv and it detects that but not the tivo box. Was working yesterday but now all i'm getting is the tv saying that there is no signal.
I have the same problem and my service status has just change to the same as yours. Just spoken with them and they are saying the box is not working so sending a replacement which should be with me on Friday
