Rest the TiVo box a few times now. Paid £16 for witches last night and can’t watch it as screen turns pink.
The app is a total waste of time and sent me on a never ending loop of fake support.
Test from the app shows error. Phone up 150 and it auto sends signal and says there an error.
Need someone out to take a look and my money back from the film I can’t watch.
Covid or not there needs to be support. End of.
I presume Witches is an On Demand programme?
If so... let's cover some basics - are you able to view live TV channels? Can you watch other OnDemand, let's say CatchUp?

It’s a V6 box.
The menu system is on. No picture. No sound with any channel.
witches was an on demand film purchased last night.
can’t watch catch up or on demand at all.
tv is working fine on Xbox, Netflix app etc but not through virgin box.
Are you getting any error messages at all? Either on live TV or VOD?
If you've not already, try restarting the box with your TV switched on. Either the rocker at the back off/on, or by following Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart my TiVo box.
