Hi, I've been having problems with my TiVo box for a few days now. When I boot up the TV and box I can see the TV guide with all the channels but there is no picture or sound, so I know it's not an issue with my TV. I have tried resetting and rebooting the box but nothing seems to work. I have also tried to get in contact with technical assistance over the phone but the IVR just sends me a link to online support which is not helping. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
