No on demand

I lost the on demand about a week ago there was a problem in the area but it’s now been fixed apparently. 

I get this message 

on demand is temporarily unavailable tivo v205

any ideas? Thanks

Mine has been intermittent for weeks but now it's just not working at all. This morning it wasn't even showing as an option nevermind saying unavailable. I tried on the app and it said I needed to upgrade, but I'm on the full house option. Bloody useless!
