I have today cancelled my virgin media package, but have not received any confirmation of this? Is that usual? I would expect an email normally for something like this.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've decided to leave us, we'll be sad to see you go.
We wouldn't usually send an email to confirm you've cancelled, we would however produce your final bill at the end of your notice and request equipment back.
If you do want it in writing that you've cancelled then you can text our team on +44753 305 1809 and we'll be able to confirm.
