No channels view when connected to WiFi

Hello,

My tv box was working fine when using the Ethernet cable but now that I switch to the WiFi I can only access apps eg Netflix but no channels.

The loading page gets stuck at 16% and then I get an S101 error code. 

Please advise.

Assuming you have a V6 and not a TiVo (check here If you're not sure), your TV channels use the white co-ax cable, streaming apps & OnDemand use your internet connection.

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s101 gives some advice dealing with this error code.

If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, your internet connection status is reported in the top-right corner.
