I posted a this morning saying I have no TV guide information and the network is not connected. Someone called Stevie S messages me to say it is fixed but it isn’t. I messaged them back but have heard nothing since.

According to the service status page the fault is still being worked on - check there for the latest updates.
It looks to be a regional issue with some areas having been fixed already.
