So I was aware this morning that the terrestrial channels would be affected temporarily but actually all my channels are affected. I’ve tried everything !
Anyone know why this is ?
I’m on the verge of leaving virgin completely. Ive had enough !

there was a problem virgin were aware of.
I now have a new box and all’s fine.
