You can try a reset in the settings this can cure this issue. Be careful which on you select as one of the clear and reset options wipes your recordings
if this fails PM me your acc number and address and I will send a re-hit to your box.

we’ve followed all advise & tutorials both on virgin website & via TiVo box but still same issue
