Lost Virgin TV. Blank screen other that statement 'not connected.' carried out checks as requested on web site but w/o result. I am able to get Netflix. but not Virgin
Are you sure "Not connected" isn't being generated by your TV, because your TiVo/V6 input isn't correctly selected?
It's not an error that Virgin STBs generate. I'm going to guess you're using the Netflix app on your TV.
