Over the last few days, I've had an intermittent fault - the error message V210 and I can't get Catch Up or On Demand. The Tivo box is neither new nor old and I didn't have this problem until a few days ago.
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear of the TV issue you've experience. I've checked this and there is a congestion issue in the area affecting the service. F007402077 is the fault reference number. The estimated fix date for this is the 24th June 2020.
