New customer

Error code 7400 installed the box last night cannot get my channels

Hello

That error means the box isn't activated did you call 0800 953 9500 once the box was installed, best time to call is 8am ?

Hi when you call have your account no & area code and the serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky
