I got an email, or was it text ,saying that I had got a few new channels for a limited time, but 277 and 279 are to be permanent.
More than a week on and if I try either I get the message that this channel 'a subscription is required'.
I have rebooted both of my two V6 boxes
Sky Documentaries & Sky Nature have SD & HD versions/
The HD versions on 277 & 279 are only included in Full-House/XL/Maxit bundles.
The SD versions on 278 & 280 are included on lower bundles.

Many channels are available in SD & HD. Are you able to watch the SD channels that my previous reply mentioned?
There were no stated conditions. It just stated what channels I was to expect. They knew what my package is or why did they send it to me by name?
Do you have a copy of the comms that VM sent you? If so, are you able to post it up here, suitably anonymised?
