New channels not appearing

I got an email, or was it text ,saying that I had got a few new channels for a limited time, but 277 and 279 are to be permanent.

More than a week on and if I try either I get the message that this channel 'a subscription is required'.

I have rebooted both of my two V6 boxes

Sky Documentaries & Sky Nature have SD & HD versions/

The HD versions on 277 & 279 are only included in Full-House/XL/Maxit bundles.

The SD versions on 278 & 280 are included on lower bundles.

They ought to have known that before mailing me. It's just one of those examples that keeps me looking at other providers.

They ought to have known what, exactly?

Many channels are available in SD & HD. Are you able to watch the SD channels that my previous reply mentioned?

There were no stated conditions. It just stated what channels I was to expect. They knew what my package is or why did they send it to me by name?
