When you say "new box", do you mean a fault replacement or a new install? What channels are you not receiving - can you be specific?

Do you have any error message on the channels you're not receiving?

I can only get BBC1 and ITV.

It's a fault replacement due to the old box not working very well.

Hi james45678,

You can either follow the instructions here virgin-tv-error-codes/7400  or

Try rebooting the Tivo please. If the channels are still greyed out then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number

Error 7400 relates to an activation issue.

You will need to call 0800 9539500, and (hopefully) follow the automated options to activate your new box. Have your account & box details handy incase.

If there is an issue with the automated system for whatever reason, it should transfer you to a C/S agent to resolve instead.
