Quite possibly, yes. If you had an engineer visit previously, I'd have thought they'd have checked the levels to your wall-point at least, but there you go.
Unfortunately, it may just be that you had a couple of faults originally, and you've now eliminated one. Or perhaps you've just been unfortunate and there's now another problem, independent of the first. These things happen.
Check for known problems on 0800 5610061 before queuing.
