I won't call as I know your busy but before covid we had a technician over to fix our TiVo box and he advised that as part of our contract we are entitled to 2 of the latest TiVo boxes. We currently have an old box which we would need replaced as it's incredibly slow to load anything selected
Please advise how we might be able to order a new box
Hi. You would need to call in to upgrade the box or boxes. If you have a tivo 500 box that is still a current box, but you can upgrade to v6 box. If we order you one on here it would be a like for like not an upgrade. Hope this helps
