New TiVo Box ... issues

Watching On Demand - shut down twice with flashing light on front of box and error codes 602 and V202(??)

Have got film back on playing but can not fast forward in usual way? Old box would show film in fast forward this box means you have to guess where you were as it will jump to requested point?

Any ideas anyone? 

Ps - just gone off again on a 602 error and flashing light

So it crashed and got stuck on start up.. has restarted n now guessing where we were in film on fast forward...

wonder how long it will stay on for this time

countdown begins…

You say you have a TiVo (as opposed to a V6).. is this flashing green light the second-from left on the front left of your box, next to a heart symbol?

If so, that's your "online" light indicating the box's internet connection is failing. That's a fault, and will certainly cause these errors.

Call VM and report it - 150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
