I got a new hub today, the box won't be here til next week. I installed the hub but getting error 7400. I've phoned and done all the tests as no one is answering right now and its still not working. Any ideas on how to fix this pls?
Not sure what a change of broadband hub would do to affect a TiVo box - it has a separate internet connection inbuilt - but all the same. Possibly an account change and the wrong kit disabled.
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 this is an activation type error - if the online steps can't resolve this, you'll need to call the activations line with your box details handy - 0800 9539500.
