Never been so annoyed

My new Tivo box is not working, and hasn't been for over 2 weeks.

After 1 hour listening to hold music today I am told I have to be transferred.

After another hour listening to the same music I get through, have to repeat my details and the problem. The operator promises to call me back if we are cut off - as this has happened many times before.

Whilst resetting my box, again!, the call gets cut off. Guess what, no call back from the operator. Despite me giving my number to them to make sure they had it.

I am at a loss as to how I can solve my problem!

Can anyone help???

Unbelievably poor customer service - How do I get my problem fixed?

My new V6 box is not working, and hasn't been for over 2 weeks.

After 1 hour listening to hold music today I am told I have to be transferred.

After another hour listening to the same music I get through, have to repeat my details and the problem. The operator promises to call me back if we are cut off - as this has happened many times before.

Whilst resetting my box, again!, the call gets cut off. Guess what, no call back from the operator. Despite me giving my number to them to make sure they had it.

Then I am sat by my computer for 4 hours using the web chat function only to be told they need to transfer me to the technical team, and that this will also be a significantly long wait.

I am at a loss as to how I can solve my problem!

Can anyone help??

You just have to keep trying, making sure you have a few hours spare.

When you say your V6 box "is not working", are you able to provide some details of what isn't working?

And/or any error messages you're getting?

No output at all. When I switch it on it just goes to a yellow/orange light.
