Hijust spent £16 on renting WonderWoman 1984 only for it to stop playing twice with the message network cable unplugged. Changed the cable and got the same message.
how can I get this resolved?

Put aside the specifics of this film, can you watch other OnDemand programmes?
Try (non-BBC) catchup if you're not sure. The underlying VOD platform is the same.
Same thing happens. Show starts and runs for a few minutes then I get the same message

So it's not a problem with the film (well, price aside) so much as an issue with all of your OnDemand. Thought as much 😉
When you get this error, do you have any flashing lights on the front-left of your TiVO?
