Network Availability (C130)

I’m Getting a network availability error code C130. I have No TV and no internet. When I check the network connection it says Ethernet cable unplugged N27?? Can anyone help

@Linsey1, couple of things everyone would need to know to be able to help you:
1. First if it's an area problem or just your home, you can heck the service for your neighbourhood https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status
2. what kind of hub do you have and what are the front lights doing? For example if it's the Hub 3, is the bottom light flashing green? You can find out more about hub types and lights, here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-what-do-the-lights-on-your-hub-mean
3. Try rebooting your hub.
