Netflix

Why is Netflix not working on my virgin box it’s just buffering all time but I can watch it on my iPhone.

Are you able to watch other OnDemand programmes on your TiVo? Those use the same internet connection as all streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, iPlayer & YouTube)

If you're not sure, it may be a good check to try.

Also is it definitely a TiVo you have? Check here if you're not sure.

Yes I’m able to watch all others just Netflix is buffering all time.

Check the front-left of your TiVo for flashing green lights (the heartbeat one especially) that would indicate a failed (inbuilt) net connection. That's a fault if so.

If other streaming is ok and you're not getting the flashing light, it may potentially be that you need to consider swapping to a V6 which runs the same software but is a much newer box and is a lot better at running all the streaming apps.

You'll need to have VM broadband to consider going this route, but it would certainly be an improvement.
